Lü Bin, the director of the Border Inspection Department of the Shaanxi Border Inspection General Station, introduced that in 2025, the number of foreign nationals entering Xi'an port would exceed 280,000, an increase of 94% compared to the previous year. Among them, there will be over 12,000 passenger flights and more than 1,700 cargo flights, with year-on-year growth rates of 46% and 78% respectively. The border inspection department has implemented "priority inspection and fast clearance" for some key cargo routes, ensuring safety control while enhancing supply chain efficiency, and helping Shaanxi build an open new pattern of "mutual assistance between the east and west and internal and external linkage".
