　　1、 No criminal proof

　　1)Foreigners working in China must have no bad record in the past and must abide by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

　　The certificate of no criminal record is valid for 6 months (3 months in a few countries), and the validity period of no criminal record is calculated from the date of issue of the certificate, not from the date of certification. For example, if the certificate of no criminal record is issued on December 16, and the certification is completed on February 1 of the following year, then the certificate is due on June 16, not August 1.

　　· The certificate of no criminal record must be issued by the police, security, court, notary and other departments of the applicant's country of nationality or habitual residence (the country and region where the applicant last lived continuously for more than one year after leaving the country of nationality).

　　· Proof of no criminal record is generally required to be certified by the embassy or consulate of the country of nationality in China or our embassy or consulate abroad, but since November 7, 2023, the Hague Contracting member States directly carry out the Hague certification.

　　· The certificate of no criminal record issued in the Hong Kong and Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan region shall be notarized by the notary office in the region where it is located.

　　· No criminal record should be issued within 6 months.

　　· No criminal record certificate notarial certification document and notarial certification seal need to be fully uploaded.

　　· All non-Chinese documents must be translated into Chinese.

　　2)Notarization and embassy certification of no criminal record

　　a.After the successful application for proof of no criminal record, notarize the documents at the local notary office

　　b.After the completion of notarization, the first level of certification shall be carried out in the relevant departments of the local government

　　c.After the first level of certification, the second level of certification is carried out at the foreign service of the country

　　d.After the second level certification, you can carry out the Hague certification 5, after the notarization certification is completed, the certificate of no criminal record is valid, you can apply for China work visa, China permanent residence, restoration of nationality.

　　2、Physical examination certificate

　　The health examination certificate shall be valid for six months from the date of issue.

　　According to the Guidelines for Application of Foreigners to China, the physical examination certificate of foreigners is a necessary material, and foreigners can only undergo physical examination in designated institutions in China, otherwise the medical examination certificate issued by other institutions is invalid. Therefore, if the medical examination certificate of foreigners adopts the commitment system before entering China, the letter of commitment must be provided. Undertake to supplement the health inspection certificate issued by the domestic inspection and quarantine authority after entry and bear the risk.

　　When applying for the "Work Permit for Foreigners of the People's Republic of China" after entering China, the health examination certificate issued by the inspection and quarantine institution in China shall be supplemented.

　　1) Foreigners who stay in hotels, restaurants, hostels, guest houses, schools and other enterprises, institutions or organs, organizations and other Chinese institutions shall present valid passports or residence certificates and fill in temporary accommodation registration forms. A travel permit is required to stay in a closed area.

　　2)If a foreigner is staying at a Chinese resident's home or in an urban area, he or she shall, within 24 hours after arrival, report to the local public security organ with the host's passport, certificates and the host's account book, and fill in the temporary accommodation registration form; In rural areas, they must report to the local police station or household registration office within 72 hours.

　　3)If a foreigner is to stay in a foreign institution in China or in a foreigner's home in China, he or she shall, within 24 hours after the arrival of the resident, report to the local public security organ by the host institution, the resident or himself with the resident's passport or residence certificate, and fill in the temporary accommodation registration form.

　　4)Foreigners who temporarily stay in mobile accommodation facilities must report to the local public security organs within 24 hours. Institutions or individuals that provide venues for foreigners' mobile accommodation vehicles shall report to the local public security organs within 24 hours.

　　4、The passport is valid for less than half a year

　　In general, the passport held by inbound guests must be valid for longer than half a year. The validity of a passport less than 6 months means that the current passport is less than 6 months from the expiration of the passport. The validity period of the passport is less than six months, which will affect the processing of the work and residence permit. It is recommended that you can apply for a new passport at the embassy or consulate in China if it is valid for less than one year.
