He is Ma Wenxuan, a Kazakh student from Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In this round of epidemic prevention and control, Ma Wenxuan actively participated in epidemic investigation and volunteer services. He said: I am a foreigner, but not an outsider.

During nucleic acid testing, Ma Wenxuan was responsible for entering information and assisting medical staff in sampling. When distributing the materials, he and the volunteer team unloaded and loaded the goods, and delivered the materials to the homes of the residents in the community in time.
