First of all, we need to make it clear that the applicant for this filing is an enterprise that hires or invites overseas personnel. The agent responsible for hiring, receiving, or inviting foreigners by the enterprise unit shall bring relevant materials to the Exit-Entry Administration Department of the Municipal Public Security Bureau to register for record and accept investigation and verification.

So what materials do you need to prepare?

1. Fill in a true and accurate "Application Form for Registration and Recordation of Foreign-related Units" (signature of legal person and official seal of company are required);

2. The original and photocopy of the ID card of the legal person and the agent;

3. The original copy of the "Unit Organization Code Certificate" that has passed the annual review, the business license, or the "Approval Certificate of Foreign Investment Enterprise", or the "School Permit" and "Eligibility Certificate for Hiring Foreigners" and other original registration certificates And receive a copy;

4. The "Letter of Commitment for the Performance of Duties of the Legal Representative of the Foreign-related Unit" signed by the legal representative;

5. Foreign-related units that are national key engineering projects or major scientific research projects need to submit project certification documents issued by provincial and ministerial government authorities; units that are high-tech enterprises need to submit high-tech enterprise certificates; they are encouraged by foreign investment and advanced foreign investment Technology enterprises or foreign-invested product export enterprises shall submit the confirmation letter of foreign investment projects encouraged by the state or the confirmation letter of foreign-invested advanced technology enterprises or the confirmation letter of foreign-invested product export enterprises;
