The types of visas are as follows:

8. Q1 visas, family members of Chinese citizens who apply for residence in China due to family reunification, and those who apply for entry and residence due to foster care and other reasons. Q2 visa is a short-term visit to China (no more than 180 days) for relatives of Chinese citizens residing in China and relatives of foreigners with permanent residency in China.
9. R visa, foreign high-level talents that China needs and urgently-needed specialized talents.
10. S1 visa for the spouse, parents, children under the age of 18, parents of spouses of foreigners residing in China for work, study and other reasons who go to China for long-term visits (more than 180 days), and other personal needs Persons residing in China; S2 visa, visiting relatives in China for short-term visits (no more than 180 days).
