Shaker, 28, is from Afghanistan. He is a master's degree student in the School of Politics and International Relations at Lanzhou University. He has been studying and living in Lanzhou for more than two years. At the sampling site for temporary nucleic acid testing at Lanzhou University, Shaker and his classmates were separated by 1 meter and lined up for sampling in an orderly manner.

"I and the foreign students around me are not nervous at all. The school's online teaching, reducing going out, and nucleic acid testing are all very efficient." Shaker said.

In the past two days, Shaker used a video connection to tell his family members far away in Afghanistan that after the outbreak, the school conducted online lectures. Whether studying or living, he has received care and help from the school, teachers and classmates.

"I'm pretty good in China, it's safe here, don't worry about the epidemic." Shaker said.

At present, all parts of Gansu are in a "race" against the virus. In Jiayuguan, the local area completed the second round of nucleic acid testing for more than 330,000 people in 33 hours. In Lanzhou, more than 1,200 nucleic acid testing sampling sites are collecting samples around the clock.
