On July 18th, Ms. Doreen N.C.Matambo, Director of the Human Resources and  Administration Department of the Ministry of Health of Zambia, and Ms. Mukelabai  M.Chita, Assistant Director of the Training and Development Department of the  Ministry of Health, on behalf of Ms. Sibeso and her delegation, visited the  Qujiang Operation Center of Datang Field Holdings for a discussion and exchange.  Shao Lin, President of Datang Field Holdings, Vice President of the American  Asia-Pacific Chamber of Commerce (Greater China), Director of the China  International Investment Promotion Association, representative of large  enterprise members of the American Chamber of Commerce in China, Director of the  Shaanxi People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Senior  Partner of Ruipeng Asset, and founding partner of Western Financial Investment,  attended this meeting.

At the symposium, the two sides engaged in strategic dialogue on areas such  as mineral resource development, urban real estate investment, medical facility  construction, drug procurement, sister city cooperation, and friendly exchanges  between the people, jointly drawing a new blueprint for China-Zambia  cooperation, building a new foundation for industrial upgrading, and weaving a  new network for healthy people's livelihood. President Shao Lin extended a warm  welcome to Director Doreen N.C.Matambo and his delegation, and elaborated on the  company's development history, industrial layout and future plans in detail. He  said: "The friendship between China and Zambia has a long history and grows  stronger over time." This dialogue is not only another deep handshake between  China and Zambia under the Belt and Road Initiative, but also a strategic choice  made by both sides with industrial cooperation as the bond and improving  people's livelihood as the goal. China-zambia cooperation has moved from the  development of a single resource to a stage of full-chain linkage covering  "minerals - energy - infrastructure - people's livelihood". It is hoped that  this will serve as an opportunity to further deepen the understanding and trust  between the two sides. In terms of industrial cooperation, accurately match the  advantageous resources of both sides, carry out all-round cooperation in fields  such as mineral exploitation, and achieve technology sharing and mutual benefit  and win-win results. In terms of improving people's livelihood, we will continue  to increase investment in the construction of medical facilities to  comprehensively enhance the quality of life and health of the Zambian people.  Promote China-Zambia cooperation to continuously reach new and higher levels,  and create more tangible benefits for the people of the two countries.
