9. To move into the collective account of the employer, the required documents: a copy of the title page of the collective account book with the official seal of the employer.

10. To move into the collective account of the spouse's unit, the required documents: a copy of the title page of the collective account book stamped with the official seal of the spouse's unit and the consent to move into the account
