(1) Application conditions
Foreign Chinese who have a doctoral degree or above and work in Beijing with a work residence permit may apply for permanent residence of foreigners.
(2) Application documents
1.Two 2-inch front bareheaded white or light blue background color photos and electronic photos (submitted on CD).
Copies of the applicant's valid foreign passport and valid work residence permit in Beijing.
The applicant should provide China's passport that has obtained foreign residence qualification certificate, naturalization paper or registered residence transcript and naturalization. Or submit the original of the foreign Chinese certificate letter issued by the Beijing Overseas Chinese Affairs Office.
Copy of education degree certificate (the certificate must be certified by the Chinese embassy or consulate in the country or the certification authority designated by the National Education Department).
Photocopy of the certificate of no criminal record abroad (all countries or regions that have resided continuously for more than 2 years before the date of application) (the certificate must be certified by the Chinese embassy or consulate in that country, or submit the certificate issued by the Chinese embassy or consulate in China. The certificate and the certification issued by the Chinese embassy or consulate abroad shall be within 6 months before the date of acceptance).
A copy of the physical examination certificate issued by the health and quarantine department designated by the Chinese government or a foreign medical institution certified by the Chinese embassy or consulate in that country (the entry-exit health and quarantine department designated in Beijing is the Beijing International Travel health care center, and the certification shall be issued within 6 months before the date of acceptance).
Copy of individual tax payment certificate issued by tax authority.
Copy of unit registration certificate. The enterprise shall issue a copy of the company's business license, and other units shall issue certificates such as the certificate of public institution legal person. If the employer is a foreign-invested enterprise, the enterprise shall also issue the approval certificate of foreign-invested enterprise, the receipt for filing the establishment of foreign-invested enterprise and the receipt for filing the change of foreign-invested enterprise.
The original of the employment certificate issued by the employer.
Copies of foreigner work permit, foreigner employment permit or foreign expert certificate. The information about the employment unit, position and personal information shall be consistent with the employment voucher and other relevant vouchers.
Resume of the applicant (from the age of 18 to now, consecutive years and months are required).
Note: 1. The certificates issued by relevant foreign institutions shall be certified by the Chinese embassy or consulate in that country.
2. Foreign language materials shall be translated into Chinese and stamped with the official seal of the translation company.
3. The original shall be reviewed before submitting the copy, and an A4 copy is required.
4. If the applicant needs to print the Chinese name on the "green card", it shall indicate whether to print the Chinese name in the column of "other matters to be explained" on the application form.
5. China's registered residence personnel should be cancelled after registered residence registration.
