Work visa extension

The employer must go through the legal employment procedures for foreign talents. If the employer continues to hire the applicant in the original position (occupation), it shall apply to the examination and approval department before the validity period of the applicant's work permit in China. Reunion visa extension

Family members of Chinese citizens who apply for residence in China due to family reunification, family members of foreigners with permanent residency in China, and those who apply for residence due to foster care and other reasons obtain this visa and come to China to meet. The letter, identity certificate, and family member relationship certificate issued by the person being visited should be submitted. The period of stay can be extended not to exceed 180 days.

Business visa extension

Issued to those who go to China for commercial and trade activities (not including internships in China), and the period of stay is generally not more than 6 months. Generally speaking, foreigners entering Guangzhou with ordinary business visas can extend their business visas twice, each for 1-3 months. After an extension, if there is no special reason, you need to re-apply for a visa after leaving the country before you can apply for an extension again. 1: What should I do if the foreign residence permit expires?

The validity period of the foreigner’s work permit held by the foreigner has not expired for more than 3 months, and the residence permit has expired. Provide relevant personal materials, you can apply for a Z (work) visa and an M ( Business) visa. The above two types of visas can enter the country normally, and the extension of the residence permit can be processed normally after entering the country.

2: What to do if the domestic residence permit is extended?

Foreign nationals are currently in China, and the residence permit expires during the epidemic prevention and control period, and the validity period will be automatically extended for 2 months; if the residence permit expires outside the epidemic prevention and control period, it cannot be automatically extended for 2 months, and you need to prepare for the extension in advance .
